Well there's no problem that I'm aware of. Have you tried this fix in this (http://www.mattberube.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=2) thread? What OS and version of iTunes do you have?

I have iTunes 12.1.2.27 on Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit. I tried writing in /regserver in the target area but that won't even allow me to open iTunes

That's what it should do with the /regserver option. It will fix the iTunes problems then close. Once you've done that you can get rid of the /regserver option.

Can I find some previous version of MediaHuman perhaps?

I don't know what MediaHuman is. Are you sure these tracks have album art in their info?
