The text in the details box is:
Can anyone help me with this? :(

See the end of this message for details on invoking
just-in-time (JIT) debugging instead of this dialog box.

To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this

For example:

<configuration>
<system.windows.forms jitDebugging="true" />
</configuration>

When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception
will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the computer
rather than be handled by this dialog box.

Has iTunesKeys ever worked for you or did this just start? Did you try this:

Several people have mentioned iTunesKeys is crashing for them. Running iTunes with the /regserver option seems to fix this.

For example, if iTunes is installed in "C:\Program Files\iTunes\iTunes.exe", go to Start->Run and enter:
"C:\Program Files\iTunes\iTunes.exe" /regserver
And hit OK.

Yeah it used to work fine not sure why it started doing this. And I tried the /regserver thing but that doesn't seem to work.
EDIT: iTunes keys is currently working but sometimes it pops up after a while. I'll update if it continues to work. :D (Crashed again after I posted this)

It looks like it's caused by the option that changes the title of iTunes. I'm guessing you have that option on...Does it have problems changing the iTunes title? As in, does it work consistently or just some times?

I just tested it whenever I try to change songs with my set hotkeys the .NET error comes up and then the itunes tab changes back to the regular itunes title.
So I guess it is that option thats messing it up. I never knew I had that enabled. Did it come with the newest version?
Well I've got it unchecked now and theres no error messages so far. :D

I'll post if anything else comes up, but so far its working fine. Thank you for the help!

If you want, you could try this debug version of iTunesKeys that will tell where the error is: http://www.mattberube.com/software/itun ... gSetup.exe

Install it like normal and turn the option back on. When it shows a window with the error text, copy it into a message here and I'll see if I can figure out why it's doing that.

I downloaded the debug version and re-enabled the change title option and this is what it said:

Object reference not set to an instance of an object. at iTunesKeys2.iTunesKeys.titleTimer_Tick(Object sender, EventArgs e) in D:\Users\Matt\Documents\programming\iTunesKeys2\iTunesKeys.cs:line 1065

Do you get this error when a song switches? Or in the middle of playing? And does it set the iTunes window title correctly?

Try this version, it should at least prevent the error from showing up:

Well sometimes I get the error when I first try to run iTunesKeys and then other times it will work for a minute or two and then I will get the error message.
And it shows the title correctly but when the song changes it takes a while (30-40 seconds) to update the song title.

That's weird, I can't see anything I'm doing that could cause that. There might be some other problem with iTunes or something on your computer, hard to say. But the latest version should stop the error message.
